    Get yourself a box. Put in KT tape, Biofreeze, a tennis or lacrosse ball, some CBD salve, a bag of Epsom salts, some hydrogel heating/cooling patches (Tiger Balm makes good ones), a heated neck wrap (you can DIY one of these: directions here) and a small foam roller if you have room for it.
