Sinus headaches
Breathe through your mouth as you tip your head to one side and pour the solution through one nostril until it runs out the other side. Repeat on the other side. (I like to do this in the shower). Hinge forward at your hips (forward fold in yoga) and let the extra water drain out. Then blow your nose.
Afterwards, massage your forehead, the sides of your head next to where your eyebrows end, the indentation next to your ears, and directly underneath your cheekbones.
